When we signed the contract with this company, everything went very well. They took our money instantly and opened our account.
We didn't use the carsforsale.com account for 2 weeks. The moment we loaded the first car, we got a call that we had to change our phone number associated with DMV in order to continue the collaboration. I called the DMV, changed the number as they wanted and the DMV told me it takes up to 30 days for the changes to take effect. I told carsforsale.com about this.
Also, since this was not an eliminating criterion in dealing with them, I asked for this deal to be shut down, because they have hidden terms, so they can take people's money without offering anything. Since that time no one from there has returned my phone calls or emails. Our case is already on the attention of the Colorado police and the FBI.
My mistake was that I wanted to work with a provider that has a 1.6 rating. I didn't check first.
